When your rental period is complete, simply drop it off to the pick-up location. It's a convenient way to access the equipment you need for your projects.

We have a dedicated service team ready to assist you. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

Yes, we provide delivery services across Australia. Depending on your location, we offer a complimentary 1–2 day hire period to account for transit time. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the client. If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, the free hire period still applies. Please contact us via email to coordinate the details.
