How can I rent equipment from CIOS Central?
Renting is super simple. Just browse our range of equipment, pick what you need, and send us a request (or get in touch directly). We’ll confirm availability, agree on the hire terms, and give you a clear quote. Once everything’s set, you can collect your gear or arrange delivery. When you’re finished, simply drop it back - easy as that.
What happens if the rented equipment breaks down or requires maintenance during my rental period?
If something goes wrong, don’t worry - just call our support team straight away. We’ll either organise repairs or swap the equipment out so you can keep your project moving. As long as the issue isn’t caused by misuse or neglect, we’ll cover the repair costs. Full details are in our rental agreement, but rest assured, we’ll always work quickly to get you sorted.
Can I extend the rental period if my project takes longer than expected?
Absolutely. We know projects don’t always go to plan. If you need more time, just let us know as soon as possible so we can check availability and update your hire. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of making sure you keep the same equipment without interruption.
Do you offer delivery across Australia?
Yes - we deliver nationwide. To make things fair, we include a complimentary 1–2 day hire buffer to cover transit time. Delivery fees vary depending on your location, or you’re welcome to arrange your own transport if you prefer (the free hire buffer still applies). Just get in touch with us to confirm the details.
